Shipping

We use UPS Ground Shipping when shipping orders around the United States. We use UPS because they are reliable, give you guaranteed delivery times, and include insurance on the packages.

UPS does not support PO Box addresses, so you will need to provide a non-PO Box address when filling out the shipping information.

Our shipping rates are calculated by UPS, with the addition of our small handling fee. Shipping rates are calculated based on the total weight of the package and the distance it is traveling.

We do ship to Canada!

Return/Exchange Policy

We accept the return of any unworn, undamaged, and unwashed items with all original tags still attached. If you wish to return an item for a refund, it must be done within 30 days of the original purchase. When returning your purchase, you must include the original packing slip/receipt. 

The return will be processed once it is received by Rudder USA and has passed our inspection using the criteria mentioned above.
